Eye Health Centre serves the town of Eye and surrounding villages. We have two GP Partners, who are supported by a full time Practice Manager and an Assistant Practice Manager.
We have a full time Advanced Nurse Practitioner who is also available in our enhanced hours on a Monday evening.
We have a Nursing team who are assisted by our Healthcare Assistant and Phlebotomist. We also have an Emergency Care Practioner that see acute on the day conditions.
We have a Dispensary team and a Reception team that are always happy to assist.
We offer a full range of general medical services and are able to dispense medication to patients who live more than one mile away from the centre of Eye.
Our aim is to treat all our patients promptly, courteously and in the strictest of confidence.
